1. Ownership of Your Content

You own everything you create with the Service. Vikki Dixon Enterprises does not claim ownership of grant drafts, narratives, funder research, organizational data, prompts, outputs, exports, or other content you submit to or generate using Grant Architect.

You grant Vikki Dixon Enterprises only the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content to provide the Service. We will not sell Your Content or use it to train public AI models.

2. Our Intellectual Property

The Grant Architect software, branding, templates, and methodology remain the property of Vikki Dixon Enterprises. Use of the Service does not transfer ownership of those materials.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service to violate law, infringe another person's rights, submit content you do not have permission to use, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

4. AI Output & Human Review

AI-assisted drafts are starting points. Users are responsible for verifying facts, eligibility, budgets, certifications, signatures, and funder requirements before submission. Grant Architect does not guarantee awards.

5. Payments & Plans

Subscription and one-time fees are described in the product. Billing is processed by Stripe. Refund questions are handled through support.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Accounts may be suspended for violations of these Terms. Your ownership of Your Content survives termination.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as-is. Grant Architect is an AI-assisted preparation tool and is not a guarantee of funding, legal advice, or professional certification.
